If you have no programming background and you want to create your own skins, the best option is to start with the default skin JSON file located at configyes_steve_modelcustomdefault and modify its texture on your own. You can use https://web.blockbench.net/ to help you with that.

Download the models (You will find the download buttons at the end of the post), extract them, and place them in the "configyes_steve_modelcustom" folder that you can find in your default Minecraft folder (hold the Windows key and press R Then type %appdata%).
The skins won't show when I put them in configyes_steve_modelcustom I'm on 1.19.2? Help, please.

Have you unzipped the files? Each skin is in a zip format, so you'll need to create a folder for each skin and place the corresponding file inside it.
I`ve solved this problem. Folders with skins should be named in English and without spaces
